Kimberly Aufrecht is the Regional Preparedness Manager for the American Red Cross. She manages and coordinates preparedness programs for Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties, including presentations for adults and elementary students.

Kimberly has a passion for serving communities that have been affected by natural disaster and worked with FEMA before joining the American Red Cross. With FEMA, she had the opportunity to deploy to Texas and Puerto Rico to work directly with clients affected by hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria. Since joining the Red Cross, she has seen her practical knowledge put to good use teaching others about preparedness and encouraging families to take practical steps to be ready for the next emergency.
