Claude Parrish – Orange County Property Tax Assessor
Claude Parrish was elected Assessor of Orange County in November of 2014 by 33,000 votes. Claude served on the State Board of Equalization for eight years as Vice-Chairman, was a Member of the Franchise Tax Board, and Chairman of the Property Tax Committee. In June 2006 he was the Republican nominee for State Treasurer.
Claude has owned several small businesses, has been an executive at American Broadcasting Company where he managed shopping centers and commercial properties, and an Insurance Commissioner for Los Angeles County.
Claude was born and raised in Southern California. He holds a Suma Cum Laude degree in Accounting and Business, a Real Estate and Brokers license, and is an IRS Enrolled Agent.
